Q: How does DeliveryToys work?
A: Three simple steps:
1. Browse the website to determine which items you would like
2. Send us an email (deliverytoys.bc@gmail.com) with the following information: (a) Item requests (b) Day and time you would like to receive the items (c) Your location
You will receive an email shortly that will confirm your items, the requested date, and small delivery fee (which will be dependent upon your location)
3. Be home to purchase your items with cash only
Q: Will I need to buy batteries?
A: No, all toys that require batteries will be equipped with new batteries.
Q: Do I have to purchase the items I have requested?
A: No - All of the items that you have requested will be brought to your door, and you can decide then which items you would like to purchase. The small delivery fee will be applied even if you decide not to purchase any of the items.
Q: Which method of payment is accepted?
A: Only the exact cash/change is accepted. No debit or credit cards please.
Q: Our children have really enjoyed the items, is there a limit to how many our family purchases?
A: No, there is no limit to how many items you purchase.
Q: May I return a toy after my child has finished playing with it?
A: Sorry, there are no returns as we like to keep all of our items in new condition.
Q: How clean are the gently used items?
A: Health & safety is our number one priority. For this reason, we do not sell plush items (stuffed animals, blankets, etc. ) that can become a breeding ground for germs. All of our gently used items are cleaned & sanitized with organic, child friendly supplies.
